Chicago has played a pivotal role in the development and growth of kendo within the United States. Go Ryu Ki is a celebration of that history — bringing the national kendo community together and sharing the city with visiting kenshi.

Host Dojo

Go Ryu Ki is hosted by Goseikan Kendo Dojo, a 501(c)3 nonprofit kendo dojo based in Chicago, Illinois. Goseikan is dedicated to developing human character through the practice and education of kendo, offering classes across Chicago and the Chicagoland area.
